We've had a great experience selling our house through Richard James. The quality of the photos and drone footage in preparation for the sale was second to none. Both Richard and James came to visit to understand the house as it's very unusual for the area and they gave us some great advice. They know their market and Mill Hill well. They found us a buyer quite quickly, mediated all conversations and concerns adeptly, and made sure the process went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We bought our home in October 2024 through Richard James and had the great fortune of having Natalie Leon negotiating the transaction. She has been very professional, thorough in her interactions with us but most of all, she was so thoughtful of about every little thing that would matter to us. Natalie understood our requirements well and she showed us exactly what we required. This allowed us to compare properties that we saw, but each still having something unique/ different about them; their own USP. She was on the ball all the way through and always so respectful with us and our team - it was one of the reasons we were ready to exchange within just a few weeks. She went out of her way on more than one occasion, above and beyond what one might expect of an agent and for that we are very grateful, so thank you very, very much Natalie!

We cannot recommend Richard James highly enough. The service we received was a revelation from start to finish and we basically did very little. We dealt with Natalie mainly and could not have been in more capable hands. She was lovely to work with and there is nothing she doesn't know about the process. We had a buyer in the first week and she literally took over the sale and kept us informed at every stage.

Making the decision to sell after being here for more than 20 years was an emotional move for me and their advice and kindness was invaluable. Natalie was one of the best agents we worked with throughout our one-year house search. She was very communicative and professional, keeping us up to date with the latest progress throughout the chain. Natalie was the agent for the seller of our house and so was not working for us directly. However, from the moment we enquired about the property she was conscious of our needs and kept us informed whenever the situation of the various sellers in the chain changed. Her helpful updates ultimately allowed us to buy a lovely property we otherwise would have dismissed. We highly recommend Natalie as an agent and will be requesting her services one day if we decide to sell our new house.

After meeting five agents, we selected Richard & Natalie, for credible enthusiasm and sensible pricing. The marketing was well planned and executed, and the pictures of the house looked drop dead gorgeous! The house was not the most difficult to sell, but there were lots of opportunities for errors and laziness which could have resulted in failure and Richard & Natalie made none of these. Agents have little standing to tell a prospective buyer and their challenging lawyer what to do and when to do it, but Richard & Natalie managed this phase with care & expertise.
